Produced from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir vinified white. After a slow secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine is then aged a minimum of 36 months (usually longer) in our cellars. Although not labeled, all the fruit is from the 2013 harvest, disgorged in May of 2017.
The palate is rich with a full mousse. Crisp citrus and lemon curd are balanced by a soft peachiness.
